For those who already consider themselves to be physically fit and can breeze through a typical group circuit class, why not come and try the Hardcore Fitness class every Saturday, 10am at Unity Martial Arts Academy.
During the class a series of 8 exercises are added to the board and each participant has to work through them within the hour time slot.
Michael James not only instructs & encourages throughout the session but also takes part in an attempt to better his own fitness levels.
Most do not finish the prescribed routine and so each week is an opportunity to try and improve on the week before. Of course, as the group gets closer to completing the routine, its made even harder!
Not for the faint hearted and expect to leave dripping with sweat!
