Circuit Classes at Unity Fitness are the ideal way to get fit and meet new people. Each class is set so that you can go at your own pace and achieve your goals, whether you want to loose weight, gain strength & size or just have fun!
Unity Fitness typically offers mixed circuit classes 3 days a week, plus a special ‘Mother’s Bootcamp’ session where busy mums can bring their kids along of for a specialised circuit class.
Based in Farnham Common, Slough, the Unity Dojo is equipped with a wide variety of equipment and fully fitted with specialist padded matts. There are punch bags, weight machine, bench press and other equipment.
Located on Farnham Park Playing fields there is plenty of outside space which is ideal for evening summer circuit classes.
Michael James is an experienced and successful personal trainer with a variety of techniques and structures.
